What is the connection, where is it feeding me, where is it draining me, what is the root of it all? Once we disentangle, laying all the threads on the table before us, we can see the whole picture, it makes sense, instead of being a painful experience, it is a story that we can close the book on.

• Every time we “remove cords” we have the opportunity to do this, so they never, grow back, again. In these days of quick solutions, it’s easy to just close the door on things, but this can leave a lot of energy flailing in the wind, searching for connections, because of things left undone. Doing the hard things, hearing, seeing, clarifying, taking the emotions out of it, allows us the gift of honoring the energies as they finalize.

• Cords exist for many reasons, they are all relevant and important to your journey. In this session we will journey to unearth, explore and understand personal and deep attachments, once you have clarity it is safe to dissolve hidden and known cords that exist in the physical and etheric bodies. The cords that are no longer serving, chords that are draining and sharing energy with other beings, experiences and times, will be explored and liberated with the assistance of symbols, the higher self, the 3D self and the agreement to let go.
