I really love when stuff aligns. When you step into this container and you are ready, POWERFUL changes can take place. I never in a million years would have expected myself to quit smoking cigarettes. In fact, I never even entered the container planning on giving up substances of any kind. I just knew I was suffering and wanted to understand if getting to some of the roots would help me form a healthier relationship with substances and now I’m realizing I actually really love myself...I basically don't want to consume anything that damages my body, organs, and negatively affects my well-being. It's so cool.

Sara Activation Sessions/ Group Journey
I have been working with and have known Lizz for a few years now. Since the moment we first connected I felt the power of her energy and knew her gifts would positively shift many lives. I’ve done four Activation sessions with her as well as a workshop over the course of a year and a half. The shifts I have made in my life are profound and I wholeheartedly attribute any transformation greatly to these sessions. In one year I manifested a relationship after being single for almost ten years. I moved across the country and cleaned house. When I say clean house I let go and healed lifetimes of trauma. Liberated myself from relationships that were no longer serving me. Am continually healing any wounds revolving using my voice and have acquired a sense of solidity in who I am like never before. I have worked with a number of Reiki and energy practitioners. I myself have gone through all Reiki certifications. The Activation sessions I have done with Lizz are next level. In the past whenever I did a session with other energy practitioners I felt the focus was largely on clearing energies rather than focusing on solidifying the recipient’s energy. This is what I love about her sessions. I always walk away feeling grounded in who I am and what I came to do whereas I had a tendency to walk away from other energy work in the past feeling fragile. I’m grateful that this sense of feeling anchored in who I am has given me effortless strength to speak up for myself and claim my worth in situations that could have resulted otherwise. I’m so grateful for Lizz and her sessions. I know whenever I schedule my next one I am treating myself to further crystallizing my sense of purpose in this lifetime.

I have never had a coach or mentor make such an impact on me, so easily and from the very first conversation, the way that Lizz did. I started working with her in 2012 after some of the most dark and challenging moments of my life. I was ready to move through the fire of my circumstances / emotions, but wasn’t necessarily sure how or where to begin. I cannot explain the clarity, confidence and peace I have achieved — and continue to build on — as a result of my mentorship with Lizz. She is a blessing in my life, and undeniably an expert in helping people magnify their worth through providing a safe environment for self-reflection and conscious implementation of actionables toward the overall goal of realignment in a way that is sustainable and foundation-based. I still schedule sessions and calls with her for reinforcement, or if I feel I might be verging off my desired path, to re-ground, re-center and remember my most raw authenticity and commitments to myself on this journey of life
